I had an experience recently when out for a meal. A one – off accident left me with torn trousers! Don’t ask how!! An awkward one for the restaurant as they weren’t sure what to do.
They worked within their company Values and, within 2 days, the situation was resolved with no fuss or drama. Accolade to the Banana Tree chain for a brilliant example of using social media to identify, connect with and resolve an awkward situation.
